Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for me to receive my ordered and reupholstered Togo in the fabric or leather of my choice?
We refurbish our Togo’s on a first-come, first-served basis, so the length of time from the time of order to the time of delivery will vary depending upon our workload, the availability of the Togo modules and fabric. Typically, we deliver customer orders within 6 to 10 weeks. We will inform you if there are any delays.
We haven’t heard from you since we sent you the confirmation email. Is everything okay?
If there is any problem with your order then we will definitely get in touch with you. So, if you haven’t heard from us that means that all is well and under control, so don’t worry.
When can I visit your showroom?
Our gallery in Oostende Belgium is open by appointment only. Please let us know when you would like to visit us and at what time.
Can I get some fabric samples?
Yes certainly. Send us an email, your complete address, the fabric name, color number and color name that you would like to receive, and we will post it to you. Maximum of 5 samples per address please. Have a look at the “fabrics” tab.
Are your Togo’s original?
We search on order from you "our customers". We work with Bellalu they are experts in finding expensive Ligne Roset "TOGO" seatings designed by French designer Michel Ducaroy. Bellalu can find this via their unique network of French specialists and trained web hunters. They search for, test and check the TOGO models requested by our customers. They have pro-actively been purchasing some of our most wanted "Togo by Ligne Roset" for years. They have some stock on hand, ready to reupholster in one of their fabrics or leathers of your choice. Have a look at the “authenticity” tab.
